Terrible Service and Bad attitude from Manager Octovia

<p>Good day Mr Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>As a loyal client I feel disrespected by Virgin Active. On the 23rd of June I experienced a very bad service from Ecopark virgin active, until today l still haven't received a call from virgin active. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is how the incident occurred, every Wednesday I play soccer with other Gym member just for our Cardio then after that we drive to the gym. </p> <p>So it happened that on that day I forgot my membership card and my Son Junior s card. </p> <p>When we got to the reception there was two ladies , 1 a receptionist and 2nd lady was a mAnager. </p> <p>I explained to the Lady that we don't have cards but I know my ID number , she can access my Son s ID number through my profile since he is under my name. </p> <p>The lady refused to let us in. She said we must have the cards. </p> <p>That was at 20:39 and the Club closes at 9:30.</p> <p>The lady advised that I must phone home and get My son Junior s ID number. I told her that at home there is my two smAll siblings who don't even know what an Identity number is. </p> <p>This was not the first time I forget our cards, and we still get access to the Club. </p> <p>She told us to go home and get the cards, like what the hell guys, There was only 1 hour left for the Club to close and u tell me to go back home. </p> <p>What kind of service is that from such a reputable company. This is bad service considering that I am anot loyal member , sometimes I help those guys to pack weights and I drive some of the employees to the taxi rank with my car and my petrol to ensure that they are safe, and this is the kinda ****y service I get. </p> <p>There is over 100 people who have joined because of me referring then to virgin active and this is how they thank me. </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I received an email whereby the Club manager by the name of Lelo Mbele says l must come to the meeting on Monday at 6pm and if l don't attend they will conclude that as a client I was wrong to refuse to be disrespected and to be treated like an animal and a ********. </p> <p>I knock off at work at 5pm and as per virgin active ecco park they expect me to fly over the traffic instead of ensuring that all their stuff members are competent. </p> <p> </p> <p>6 years of paying my membership, referring people and this is the **** service I get?</p> <p>Really virgin active?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
