TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had the worst experience by a trainer named Sihle

I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with Sihle, the trainer at Virgin active Northgate ..The way I was treated by him was completely unacceptable. I don’t believe it’s right to be shouted at or treated unfairly, especially considering we are paying customers. I feel that I deserve a formal written apology from your staff member, as his behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and childish. The treatment at that club is terrible they treat us like we are ghetto because we are paying a “cheap” membership??? Treatment at virgin active Northgate is ill and it all starts with the staff from the reception.. the only people who treat you right are the cleaners and the fitness instructors the rest ??? Are TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!
