Terrible Service!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!! I recently joined VA Old Eds . As part of my package, I was given a free voucher worth Rx. I was not informed by the consultant that the voucher must be redeemed within 30 days or will be forfeited. Furthermore, these vouchers are sent via SMS, which I received and had issues with logging into the profile in order to see my options and redeem as necessary. It took about a week to have this resolved which means by 30 days was reduced by at least 5 days. My 30 day period recently expired and again, 3 days prior to expiry, I had problems logging on. When enquiring with Head Office, I was told that my vouchers had expired due to the period- for which I explained that I was not informed of same. The lady referred me to the rules and said that there is no way that I would be assisted and that the vouchers are forfeited. I agree that the stipulation of period is in the set of rules, however, due to issues I faced at the beginning I should be not be penalised and some consideration should be given to this. Also, consultants need to provide relevant and important information to clients! There are 2 vouchers we were given. I would really like to cancel my contract which I think I am going to do soon.
