terrible service

poorest service ive ever received in my life, i join the club as a premium client in july and i was told that i should go collect my back at the club on the first of september so from the 1st till now in asking formy bag nothing the head office is so bad that the agent the activared has the guts to tell me to call her when im calm as if im her boyfriend. Its two months from first sep and im still asking for the bag im not being provided with a satisfing answer in fact i my call has being hanged up over 3 times. no mananger is taking accoutability no answers are being given. and im starting to ask myself if i really need to continue. my id number is ***084 and cell ***
