Terrible service

I am sick to death of Virgin. This month is a free month as I am a vitality member. They debited me the full R985 on the 1st which I went and reversed yesterday. This morning when I woke up the debited me R398. I do not know what don't they understand by this is a free month. Really wish I could cancel my contract. Now I need to go back to the bank to reverse another payment
