Terrible Service

<p>I joined Virgin Active and asked them to debit my account on the 20th and not on the last day of the Month. They went on deducting their premium on the last day of the month while on the application form I indicated that I want them to debit it on the 20th. Please before someone calls me I need them to to look at my contract form I signed. This is not acceptable as the Bank is now charging me unpaid fees and the bad record on Credit record. </p>
