Terrible Service

<p>I have a gym contract with Virgin Active at the Boulders Mall in Midrand, I recently had to relocate to Durban I contacted the Virgin Active contact center and has requested for them to put my account on hold, I was however told that had been done successfully. A few months later I start receiving calls from MBD Attorneys who been harassing me to pay them. I contacted Virgin Active and had the account, I had been told that I will have to pay MBD Attorneys any monies, however till this day I am still being harassed by MBD Attorneys related to outstanding payments.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER advise anyone to join Virgin Active gym anywhere due to the pathetic service I received from their contact center as well as having to deal with MBD Attorneys without any form of assistance from Virgin Active.</p>
