Terrible sales rep

I have always been a loyal customer to virgin active but I can't deal with sales staff that lies to make a sale. Firstly when resigning another contract Loyd (sales rep) at Virgin active Athlone was helpful and nice. Told me a couple of untrue facts to get the sale that I only come to find out now after a year and 4 months. When I called the office to raise it, he tells me 'no I would never say something like that' and that's that.. I've called the office thrice over the span of 2 months and spoke to this horrible sales rep thrice and each time he says okay sir let me find out for you and I'll call you back. Since the first call he hasn't called back Once, when I eventually call the office to find out a update. He just says yeah I'll look into it I'll call you back when I have some info. Do not con people into sales, you don't know how badly it impacts some people's view on a whole company.
