Terrible sales personelle
I was helped by a sales consultant by the name of Mpho at Virgin Actice Boulders who clearly had no idea what he was doing. I have been inconvenienced by having to call the call centre and redo my membership upgrade as he did it incorrectly. V.Active Boulders, please train your sales people adequately. This is unacceptable.
