Terrible in every way

Virgin Active Point - I would have given zero stars if possible. My family and I wanted to try out gym on a guest pass. After initially filling in some paperwork a consultant came across and proceeded to make the experience as difficult as possible, .with a view to us paying for a day pass After 15 mins on some ridiculous whatsapp process we gave up and paid, he didnt even look or scan our day passes so can only assume this is a normal process. For ®375 each it is beyond a *******, the gym equipment must be 30 years old, my wife was on a machine where a bolt popped out. Many of the cardio machines dont work. Its not worth spending 50 rand here. I would strongly recommened you go literally anywhere else than here ...
