Terrible head office

The head office of virgin active is an a terrible state I have wasted alot of airtime calling to get my account sorted out when there is nothing wrong with it I keep getting promises that it will be fixwd the next day and that never happens.

Im at the point of canceling my membership this is unacceptable.
