Terrible experience at Virgin Active King Spark

In all my 10 years of being a virgin active member I've never had such a cold dissapointment experience at Virgin active King Spark. I went there today with my son who is 10yrs as we had finished a 10km run around the area and we were hungry we wanted to have breakfast at Kauai and we were denied exceess so cold by the lady at the reception and the manager David and told me we had to pay a visiting fee of R210 just to go inside to Kauai since we have a closed membership to another club nevermind that we were not even there for the gym but we wanted healthy food as we were starving...what I've learned in life is that as a manager you access the situation and inform the customer of the rule and make provision where the situation calls for it and explain that this can not allowed again especially since we were not even there for the gym and just wanted to eat with my son. The way we were handled was so uncalled for i always speak highly of virgin active because of my virgin active at Westiville but this one at King Spark they really have to improve on there people s****s.
