Terrible Experience

Shocking service from the sales team. I was told that paying for Virgin Active account with my Discovery card would give me the sign on fee back in Discovery miles. I have been trying to get this sorted since 29th November 2022.

Seems like they make promises to get the sale but won't actually follow up on them. Proceed with caution.
