TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VA HENNOPSPARK RED

Good day I am very very disappointed in the lack of customer service VA presents to it's members. 1st ) When I was on school I was a learner's member and my DAD used to pay my VA membership , he left us and did not pay my membership anymore , that was in Sunningdale VA in Cape town , than I went to parklands VA red , they were so awesome , they helped me and they have written off the arrears that my dad did not pay when he left us . Than I wanted to start a new membership in Hennopspark VA as it is the closest to my house as I actually love Planet fitness because their customer service and their gym place are excellent way better than VA but they are much further than VA red . VA Red can't assist me and tell me I am still in arrears , they don't answer my phone calls , nor my emails - I want to start a membership there but they still tell me there are arrears but VA RED in Parklands written off these arrears years ago because I was only a student . Totally ****py customer service - They don't answer emails , they don't answer phone calls , they don't phone you back NOTHING. And I really really wanted to start training there because it is much closer. VA does not care if they don't get members as a loyal member of PLANET FITNESS I would have not renewed my membership and gone to VA RED if only they could come back to me and assist me like any good company would
