Terrible customer service experience, they are not professional, all i required is a cancellation letter , they keep you on hold and transfer you and the calls cuts , I can hear the agents Chatting and swearing in the background , they say first in que and no one answers . Pathetic and makes sense as to why everyone is leaving.
