Terrible Customer Service & Deceptive Practices

My experience with Virgin Active has been nothing short of APPALLING since I joined it. They use misleading sales tactics, offering discounts and Black Friday deals to get people to sign up, only to increase fees later without properly informing customers. The lack of transparency is unacceptable.

When I tried to cancel my membership, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I spoke to three different employees, and the experience was shocking. One of them—who sounded like she had just woken up—was completely disinterested and ended up hanging up on me. Another was rude and unhelpful. It took multiple calls before I finally got someone willing to assist me properly.

For a company of this size, their customer service is disgraceful. If you're thinking about joining, THINK TWICE. YOU'LL REGRET IT.
