Terrible customer service by Virgin Active Kloof

Virgin Active Kloof, terrible customer service! *********** consultants. They only care about numbers, not customer retention. The turnaround time for queries is ridiculous, that's if they even give you time of day for you to log a query! They're never around when you call or "too busy" to answer or return your call. I had to have a consult from another branch assist me in getting feedback on my query.
