Terrible customer service at virgin active

Customer service at Virgin Active is non-existent. I re-joined in July and have submitted my proof of bank account details 6 times, each time to a different person and still they have been unable to debit me. Each time, I am told that the problem has been sorted and then I arrive at the gym to discover that it hasn't.
