terrible customer service

<p>i had taken up a contract at kenilworth gym and i was told it was a 1 year contract. over 1 year i continued to pay for it i contacted the branch manager but to no response</p> <p>i called the call centre to cancel my membership but i must pay cancellation fees for other people selling ****.</p> <p> </p> <p>this is day light *******</p>
