Terrible

MY iphone 14 was ****** at balfourpark virgin active, had my bag infront of the showers and steam area, 20 minutes later i realised that my phone was missing and it wasnt busy at all. when i asked the workers that we search the few ladies who were there they refused and said their rules dont allow and they also dont have camera in the shower areas.we are expected to scan the virgin active app on our phone to come in the gym but when our phones get ****** no one wants to take responsibility and even help to dig further who could have ****** our things. Balfourpark virgin active is terrible
