TERRIBLE

<p>Where to begin...</p> <p> </p> <p>Im really very dissapointed in Vergin Active. My Fiance was in hit by a vehicle a couple of months ago and after a while we notice that when she is training her back starts to pain and that she could not even stand up straight for a while. After this happend we then went to a Doctor to see what is going on. The doctor told us that she can never exercise again because of the type of injury she got. </p> <p> </p> <p>We then went to Vergin Active Paarl and spoke to the Manager. He told us that we must phone the head office and make a copy of the doctors letter and speak to them. </p> <p> </p> <p>We did it. I am paying for both myself and my fiance membership. We scan the doctors letter for proof that she CAN'T excersise anymore. They simply said that she is not dead and that we must still pay a cancellation fee of 60% and in there contract it stats that a 40% cancellation fee must be paid. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then.. Before we were togethar she had a previous membership with Vergin Active which was in an arrears. But she was under the age of 18 and can not be held responsible for it. </p> <p> </p> <p>NOW vergin active also keeps me responsible for her previous membership!! Im really dissapointed in the way you handle issues. You have no remorce. We don't have medical aid we must pay for doctors, fiso ext ext. Now you come and tell me that we must pay a 60% cancellation fee....
