Taking money without permission

<p>Last year i paid upfront for a years subscription to the Gym. I signed up fir only 12 months and paid via my card for the whole year including my Discover rewards. </p> <p>Now they have decided to debit my bank account for a month to month basis. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the norm with all gyms. They try and take money from you were and when they can. This is still classed as theft as i never gave them permission to debit my account on a month to month basis. As my contract was for 12 months paid in full at the beginning of the contract. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now i have to get upset over them doing this insted of being a credible company. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
