Taking money off account 2 month after cancelling
I cancelled our Virgin Active Contract on the 3rd of December and a few days there after the \cancellation fee\" of R177 was debited from my account. The call centre told us at that stage that our account will expire on the 20th of December. Today Virgin Active debited R355 of my account for membership fees. Why debit our account if we cancelled? And when can we expect this money to be paid back to us? "
