TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CHILDREN-MAKING THEM OPEN ACC

I am so disappointed in Virgin active, they take unsuspecting school kids who do not have jobs or earn an income and open accounts for them. When they do not pay they hand them over to MBD Attorneys who, now starting calling family members of those kids and demand payment. This is wrong and ********, why do you allow kids with no source of income to open accounts. You opened with them without parent`s consent, now that you want payment, you are excepting the parents to come to the party. Does the ombudsman know about this? Is this part of the NCA?
