Takealot promo voucher not fullfilled ***)

In September my wife signed up on the gym promo they had for Discovery vitality. When you joined before 27/09/19 you get signature bag and voucher. On the 25th we were to the K90 in Boksburg and was assisted by Ndabe they has some issues as they were offline.So we paid the joining fee of R520. And signed the application form and he said he will complete it later. I have been following up on the voucher and then discovered that the application was submitted on the 30.09.19 on which its incorrect. I then followed up with Ndabe and he said he did put notes on the issue and will get the sms voucher. On the 18.11.19 he forwarded me sms Hi all, please can I request that you communicate to ALL your SMs and SCs that we will resend all Vitality qualifying members their SMS with Voucher Pin in the next 20mins. Please can I ask that after 3pm - if there are any members who have still not received their SMS - to please let me know. (Preferably ASMs, but if necessary SM). No sms then l followed up again on the 20.11.19 he said h has resigned from Virgin active.I called the branch and left message for the manager Phindile to call me no phone call. On the 21.11.19 I called again and left message was assured she will call me still no phone call.
