Take you money

Every month I am called to advise there is an amount I owe, when I tell them to debit, they debit half the amount and call me again the following month to say I owe money. Must I come there and pay the amount cash or what please let me know. Its not that I dnt want to pay you guys I gave you permission to debit my account.
