Take care of your customers VA!

Virgin active will loose their customers if they don’t consider having family discounts. I’ve been a member at VA for more than 5years and I am paying R900 for myself, husband and child. When I compared it to another gyms , I would pay less and get more advance equipment compared to where I gym (sunward park). Call center staff doesn’t seem worried about this when you call them!
