System and membership issues

Level of service is very poor. I was trying out the gym membership, used to gym on my own. System issues, not updating clients on their issues. I don't think I would want to join or recommend it to anyone. No feedback, same issues for 5 months. Even when they say special offer that's a trick don't go for it
