Switching debit order without my permission?

When i changed banks last year, i asked you guys to switch my debit orders, which you didn't do until i was a month overdue and your accounts people called threatening me. The lady on the phone promptly changed my details. Now this year, I asked you NOT to change my debit orders because i had a suspicious dealing with Capitec who wanted to switch my debit orders. Again, I was told that you wouldn't switch the debit orders - I had to do that myself when i went to the gym. BUT ALAS! You switch debit orders without my permission, and now i see the debit order for this month still hasn't gone off.... so i can only assume you switched my details without my permission. Seriously though... guys.... Can you switch the details back? Not sure why you're just changing client details without their consent.
