Sweating for the right reasons!

Finally Virgin Active Lenasia has a manager who actually cares about the gym, the equipment and mostly, his clients!<br> <br> For quite a while the air-conditioners at the Lenasia gym have been problematic. One day they work, three days they don't, then they good for a week, then its back to having the entire place feel like a sauna. <br> <br> Previous managers were awesome at making excuses and blaming everything from the carbon sensors to power outages to start-up times.<br> <br> It is only recently that things at the gym have started improved. After complaining directly to Anesh (current manager), the aircon is finally behaving. He took the time to call me back, explain the problem, promise a date and time as to when the problem was going to be rectified and checked back repeatedly to see that I was satisfied. He even went as far as giving me his personal number to contact him should there be a problem.<br> <br> 'Out of order' signs are no longer seen on equipment as they are repaired on time and the general condition of the gym is improving.<br> <br> Only criticism that I have, is to change the dated equipment :(<br> <br> But well done to the manager and his team! Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!!<br> <br>
