Sunninghill Virgin Active Club whereby "Black lives don't matter"

<p>On the 11th November 2016 at Sunninghill Virgin Active Grid Class, I has hit intentionally several times by a white client who was skipping while I was on the floor exercising. The instructor (Mr Lukhanyo Ncoko) was standing nearby, observing the matter and did not intervene. I requested the Client to stop beating me up and for the instructor to intervene and the client just continued verbally insulting me and hitting me with the skipping rope and the Instructor turned a blind eye and stated there is nothing he could do and that such matters happen at Virgin Avtive Sunninghill. The matter was reported to the Floor Manager (Gypsy Pule) and she did nothing about the matter but informed me to come on Monday to report the incident to the Club General Manager.</p> <p>On the 14/11/2016, at 09:00am the matter was reported to Tryphosta Mahlangu as the Club Manager was not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be cancelling my Virgin Active membership with immediate effect as the Club promotes unsafe, unhealthy exercising environment that infringe on its clients dignity, pride and respect as consumers. The behaviour of Virgin active staff member is an infringement and violation of my dignity as a paying client.
