Suddenly my account has been handed over

hi<br> In September/October I joined I joined Virgin active germiston - the very next day I tried to cancel my contract because I no longer wanted the type i was on. So the sale person assisting me on the say said I couldn't cancel yet it hadn't been over the 5 day cooling period - reason I couldn't cancel is because he had already paid the 50 initial fee for me. So I told the sales manager this and she said she would request recordings - this was in November. She said she would get back to me after listen to the recordings - from then upto now, she hasn't said anything. Sometime last week, my husband registered and he was told my acc has been handed over to their lawyers.<br> Can I get a resolution, please?
