such dissapointment

When I joined Virgin active, I had an outstanding balance from a previous Pretoria branch. This was about 7/8 years later. I informed them of this and they accepted me as a member. I then added two kids and have been a member for over a year now. I have never missed a payment. I was told that my eldest daughter's premium would change when she turned 8, this was not a problem. The branch I joined is was Brigh****er Commons. The gym closed down in March 2018 and we were told to go to other gyms and that all stayed the same. I am a premium member. When I took my kids last month to the Victory park branch, I was told that my daughter's membership needed to be changed as she was now 8 . This was no surprise to me. I was asked to pay and I did and signed forms to this effect. When I took my kids this month to Cresta branch I was told that my daughetr's card had an issue. We could not even use the gym. Now I am asking them to fix this because I am travelling to PE and do not want to have these issues. The first person to respond has no clue and tells me that he has fixed it, but he is referring to my other daughter where there are no issues. The next person says that my daughter's membership is as a result of the previous debt. This is so absurd considering that I was accepted in the first place and now over a year I am getting this treatment for Virgin active Victory park. today has been a series of emails between myself and them and no one bothered to contact me. Now when insist on talking to someone, I am told the admin lady has left for the day. I am currently paying every month and this is what happens. I really had no issues with this company until now.
