subscription on hold

I see I am not the only one struggling with the membership being cancelled for no reason. I have been struggling for weeks now to have it reinstated. Every time I call CS they say they will fix it or call me back but than nothing. And when I go to the gym, I need to explain the whole situation at reception, who then has to call a manager to finally let me in. It has been an absolute nightmare and still not resolved. Very friendly people at CS but no help at all.
