Stupidity is not a HANDICAP

My Mother uses this specific gym 5-6 times a week and can never park in the handicap parking because this guy that works at Virgin Active in Key west centre parks on a disabled parking every day, where he works as a instructor at Virgin Active and he has no disability. My mother suffers from HSP, so she struggles a lot with her walking and has followed the correct procedures to be able to park in these specific parking. There has been complaints to centre management about this issue before but the problem still persists. This is absolute *******!!!
