Stuff and management that don't do the job they get paid for.

On the 16th of April 2021 some one stole my headphones at Virgin active Horizon view the time was 8:00-8:15 am in the morning. I did report the incident with the manager that was on duty that day, she told me she will ask the Gym manager for password so can check the footage. It took another three days for them to look at the footage because i told the manager i will report this matter to hello peter and Head office. Couple weeks later i had to ask them again and again, they told me they have the culprit and they will call her in the gym. Till today its just stories over stories about contacting legal people so they can terminate the membership. No one is safe at this gym clearly and nothing is taken seriously and clearly those cameras are just for display and one day they will ***** valuables things that would cost someone's life.
