Struggling with cancellation of membership

I moved to another province and contacted them to cancel the membership, they said they can move my gym area for a lower premium but at the end of the month a bigger amount was debited from my account. Once again I phoned them and they said the amount is fixed and I will be refunded, I ask again for cancellation due this . Since then I could not get ahold of them.
