stop deducting

I think the service is ****, when i started. they told me that my kids can do everything with me, so i subscribed. A week into exercise, they told me my youngest cant do it, he is to young for the machines, he is 12. Then i stopped, wanted to cancel the contract, they said its a 2 year contract, wow they told me if i pay i can use. So i decided to freeze my account, for the past 10 times i told them not to deduct on the 1st, but rather on the 3rd, as we get payed AFTER the 1st. They keep on deducting when there is no funds available, so on the 15th they tried to deduct again, i tried getting a small loan at my bank, they declined me because of virgin, and i keep telling them please not to deduct on the 1st. I don't answer when the try to call, as they don't listen to my requests anyway. I just want to stop them trying to deduct, ill rather make them a beneficiary. As my credit record is now messed up!!!
