Stop calling me, Durbanville Virgin Active!!

The Virgin Active Durbanville branch continues to spam me with telephone calls, despite my cancelling my membership there YEARS ago. Each time they've called, I've told them 1. I no longer live in Durbanville and 2. I belong to the Waterstone Virgin Active club. 3. No, I am not interested in a membership for reasons 1 & 2. And 4. Please remove me from your caller list. It's as though they put down the phone and wipe their call logs clean because lo and behold, yesterday they called me AGAIN. What do I have to do to get off their prospect list?!!
