worst gym ever and the managers dont help, my phone was ****** in a period of 5 mins came back from the weights as i went to shower put my phone inside my bag in the male change rooms went back to my locker after a shower then my phone is missing but my headphones and car keys were there and they refused to make the anouncement about my lost phone , they then told me that they usally find the culprits but in my case they could not when they re assured me they first told me to view the footage i need a case number went to police station took the case number to them then they change the story to that i must come with a warrant officer then the story changed to that they want a sub in told them to invistigate the matter cause it does not make sense that a person paying a premium to be in the gym every month only to come and ***** a phone their stories keep on changing every time i want the matter to be investigated further so the virgin active in cedar square just oposite fourways mall is full of unprofessional staff and managers who are useless if you want to go to virgin active dont go to cedar square opposite fourways mall dont go there its filled with unprofessional people
