****** phone claim rejected

Two weeks ago (02-03-2015) my phone got ****** out of a LOCKED locker at Virgin Active Balfour Park. I submitted a claim which was then submitted to their insurance brokers.<br> <br> I received a response from their insurance brokers indicating that the claim was rejected due as they don't believe that there is a liability on the part of their client. Of the reasons that they list they indicate they refer \to the disclaimer notice on the front door of the Club". I have since checked and there is no such notice on the front door to the Balfour Park Club"
