Lost My cycling shoe.

I would like to share my bad experience that I experienced from virgin active Braamfontein, around June my cycling shoe got stucked on the bike while excersing and it was a morning class, the instructor advised that I leave it there and then the maintenance guys will take it out and till today I am still without a shoe, phone their head office for help and spoke to the guy called Cairo which promised to get back to me but to date nothing still without a shoe.

The painful part about this is that I didn't lose the shoe or forgot the shoe but it was left at their premise with their knowledge.
