****** BAG AN CAR KEYS AN PERSONAL BELONGINGS

I went to gym around 9am on 27/02/2016 to do my usual training session. The gym was fairly busy on a saturday i locked my handbag along with my car keys an my purse which contains valuables like my bank cards other personal cards and left it in the Westville Virgin Active Ladies room Locker and around 11am i came down into the changerooms to take my stuff and whoops nothing was in site . I then proceeded to check all the lockers nothing in any one of them. I then went up to reception they took my details an came down an checked the lockers an thats it , nothing else was done. I then asked if they can check the cameras so atleast we would know if someone walked out with my bag an the belongings, they said they will check an get back to me. I am really upset cause I have been attending this gym for years.Isnt there a proper protocol to follow in addressing such thef. Really dissapointing .
