stinking attitude
I joined virgin active on the 9th of Jan 2015,today is the th1st of march but i had enough of them.when i first joined they said kids are allowed,after i have signed they said kids are not allowed in the swimming pool.and this stupid staff member said the white guy was complaining when they saw my daughter .what does that means?******.on Saturday i went with my daughter's cousins,all of a sudden they were not allowed,they wanted me to leave them outside.i mean they are under the age of 6.i was so upset i told them to cancel my contract and they said i must pay certain amount for my contract to be cancelled.i will never pay I'm going to reverse all the payments,even their managers is got no respect.to all the people who want to go to the gym,please make sure you don't go to virgin active.

As per our discussion I would like to assure you that the rules pertaining to children swimming and/or accessing the club without parent supervision is a Rule that Virgin Active is not willing to waiver, due to the fact that the health and safety of all our members especially our children are of utmost importance to us.
We will ensure that all staff address all members, to ensure that the rules and regulations are consistently adhered to in the club.
