STILL NO REFUND!!!

I am still waiting to be refunded R428.38 that was deducted from my FNB account in Oct 2020 despite requesting that my membership be terminated in May 2020. I have written several emails and complained on this forum previously yet there is still no refund. I can't believe that VA administration is so ****! What must I do to get my money back?????
