Still no improvement
Hi<br> I had previous complaints about the issues at Krugersdorp branch. 1. no aircon in weight area 2. No music in weight area 3. not enough clips for cable machines 4. not enough attachments for cable machines and several other issues. The regional manager and the branch manager had 100's of promises and I left it for months to give them a chance to solve the issues. Nothing have been done till now and there was more than ample opportunities to solve the issues. You can be very lucky that you have no competition in the area at this time because people will leave in droves.
