Still No Bag

<p>When I joined Virgin Active in 2014 at Amanzimtoti, Durban, they were running specials and giving new joiners free bags. I have since moved to Johannesburg and currently at Waterfall. I have followed up on the bag for myself and my wife to no avail. </p>
