Still deducting even after I cancelled my membership

For the past 5 months I’ve been struggling to cancel my membership with VA. There has been back and forth emails, calls and gym visits but they keep on deducting. They’re so quick to call if you’ve missed a payment but they take forever to resolve issues! I’ll never join this gym again! This is clearly an issue with VA.
