Still debiting account after letter of termination
I sent through a letter cancelling debit order on my account. After checking account found that my account was still being debited, after confronting staff at branch they referred me to head office said it is not their problem. Cannot believe the red tape you have to deal with to close a membership you have not used in months. My advice don't ever pay using a debit order especially with Virgin active!!

On behalf of Virgin Active I would like to apologise for the level of service you received from our club.
Your wife's contract has been cancelled with immediate effect and no further debit orders will be processed.
As discussed, please allow 3-5 working days for the overcharge to reflect in your bank account.
