Still debiting a cancelled membership & poor customer service

My membership was cancelled in December and they are still debiting my account. When trying to call them I waited from number 9 in the que to get to number one only for my call to be dropped. I called back at waited again from number 9 until number 1 in the que which then dropped my call again as it was 17:01 and they close at 17:00.
